Thatcham Town FC's U18s Youth Team plays in the Central Division of the Allied Counties Youth Football League. This is a very competitive league offering midweek floodlit matches for players aged 16 to 18. Coaching and training is offered by a FA qualified management team. The Youth team is fully integrated into the main football club giving a route through to First Team football for players who are ready.

Home fixtures are usually played on Monday and Wednesday nights at Waterside Park.
