League action returns this weekend as Thatcham Town FC welcome Guildford City to The Mettal Stadium. There’s been a real sense of optimism around the club this summer, and the Kingfishers have started the season on a positive note with some encouraging performances.

But with a long campaign ahead and plenty of quality across the division, Thatcham know there’s no room for complacency. Every point will count in what promises to be a fiercely competitive league.
