The Kingfishers will attempt to extend their unbeaten start in Saturday’s away trip to Paulton Rovers (3:00 kick off)

Town’s 1-0 bank holiday win over Sholing secured the club’s second clean sheet of the campaign in quick succession.

Thatcham enjoyed a 2-0 win over Willand Rovers before drawing away to Moneyfields in previous matches.

The Rovers have also enjoyed a fine start to the season; winning 4-2 in their last outing against Melksham Town and beating Cinderford comfortably in the game before.

Both teams approach the match on the same number of points as Paulton registered a 1-1 draw in their first fixture against Evesham United.

The only loss that the hosts have suffered so far came in their 5-2 defeat away to Plymouth Parkway in the FA Cup. Thatcham had won 7-1 in their cup contest win Andover New Street.

Kyle Tooze’s second-half goal proved decisive as Thatcham held on for three points at The Athletic Ground.

The win saw the visitors record a league double of wins over their opponents following a December victory.

But Kelly was on hand at the back post to take all three points in the dying moments following Curtis Angell’s late cross.
