Our aim is to reset and rebuild — not just the team, but the culture and connection around it. We’re passionate about bringing through local players who understand the club’s values and are ready to give everything for the badge.

Equally important is our commitment to continuing the strong pathway between the first team and the youth setup that has been so well established over the past few years. We believe in giving young players real opportunities to grow, develop, and step confidently into senior football.

We know the road ahead won’t always be easy, and we will make mistakes but with hard work, belief, and unity, we’re confident we can build something the fans, players, and everyone connected to the club can be proud of.
