Oli Bourne is another graduate of Jamie Povey's Under 18's Youth Team.

Oli had a tremendous season for Thatcham Town FC, he made his impressive debut in the first team as a centre back in the 3-2 victory in the Berks & Bucks Cup against Bracknell.

He went on to play a total of 9 times for the first team during the 2022/23 while still putting in massive performances for the under 18's

His abilities didn't go unnoticed by our "Blue Army" fans and the first team management and players, with one first team player saying "he could go on to be one of the best I've played alongside"

Oli finished the season by winning awards for the Youth Team for "Players Player of Year", "Supporters Player of the Year" and the "Breakthrough Award"

Oliver has also been recognised with a well-deserved trial at a professional club in July.
