A Kingfishers legend, Gareth has spent much of his career at Waterside Park. Originally playing for the club's Youth Team he has only had brief spells away from Thatcham, most recently with Hungerford Town in the Conference South.

A battling centre half, with a never-say-die attitude, Gareth is great in the air and very comfortable with the ball at his feet.

Gareth is likely to have played over 400 times for the Kingfishers, wearing the captain's armband on many of those occasions. He also served as the club's Player-Manager for two seasons from 2014/15, with current boss Danny Robinson becoming Co-Manager alongside him in 2015/16.

He is also a former Thatcham Town Player's and Manager's Player of the Season award winner.
