We can confirm that Joe Wells, Nat Stearn and Yash Romeo are departing the coaching staff, being replaced by Paul Strudley and Declan Dowling.

Manager Danny Robinson was quick to pay tribute to the outgoing members of his successful coaching team last season:

"Yash is due to be having a little one very soon; like they always say: family first! He's gone to Marlow United in the Thames Valley League as Assistant Manager. I'm sure all Kingfishers fans will agree when I call him an absolute legend!

"Nat moves on with a heavy heart, as she is now concentrating on her full-time job with Thames Water. I am extremely grateful for the two-and-a-half years she has been with us and we would like to wish her the very best in the future.

"Wells leaving is a real tough one for me, as he's been with me a long time! Always laughing and joking around, he always put a smile on the players' faces. He's moving on due to work and personal commitments, so I wish him all the best."

Robbo was also keen to introduce us to the two new additions to his staff:

"In comes Sir Paul Strudley as our new goalkeeping coach. He needs no introduction to the Kingfisher faithful! His experience and knowledge will only go to get the best out of Racks and Luke.

"Declan Dowling is our new physio who will work alongside Mark Horrix who coached the players on strength and conditioning last season. He's previously been a physio for various Irish football clubs including Sligo Rovers and has recently moved to the area."
