Sonnie Low is predominantly a right-back who likes to go forward and get balls into the box. He can also play at centre-half and enjoys a tackle, and is motivated by working as a team to get results.

Low has returned to Berkshire following the completion of his degree in Gloucestershire where he represented Gloucester City and Shortwood United. In his youth he played in Aldershot Town’s Youth Academy then undertook a scholarship at Crawley Town.

Sonnie commented “Being from the Reading area I am aware of Thatcham’s reputation and Danny Robinson’s attacking philosophy. I used to be defensive minded in my academy days so working with the management staff at Thatcham will greatly benefit my football. The lads are a welcoming and talented group and I can’t wait to prove myself when I get the chance.”
